pleasant family room experience
ample spacenice decor
the family room offered ample space for our needs i appreciated the staff's attentiveness throughout our stay they regularly checked if we required anything. the downstairs bar had nice decor and a good selection of drinks

The staff were very helpful , always checking everything was okay. The family room was very spacious. The bar downstairs was presented very well , it had nice decor and plenty of selection.
The TV in my room was very small and I had to keep re-tuning it ! The stairways and walls from the entrance to the rooms needed a good clean and paint. I would have liked to see more attention to detail there.

A Bright and Super clean Escape

The room had a large flatscreen television and a spacious bathroom with a shower cubicle. The room was super clean and smelled fresh , as did the hallway. A high spec hairdryer was supplied , with a tabletop ironing board and iron as standard. I will be staying again.
No one came the next day to change towels or empty bins . There was music coming from a nearby room until late at night. It made it hard to fall asleep.

The staff were helpful and provided information about getting to our venue. They always checked everything was okay and asked if we needed more supplies , which I appreciated.

The food was decent , and the beer selection was good. The bar downstairs was presented very well , with a nice decor and a pleasant atmosphere for an evening drink.

The family room included a sofa and a mini fridge. There was an iron and ironing board in the wardrobe. The bathroom was spacious , including a bath with an overhead shower and a heated towel rail.

The location was right for where I needed to be , serving as a convenient in-between point from home to the arena. The hotel offered excellent parking. It made coming and going very easy.

the room was big. it was also comfortable. i ate in the pub and the food was lovely. it was well priced too. all of the staff were amazing. the manager was helpful and kind throughout my stay.
i stayed in a room. i could hear the music from the bar clear as day all night. the shower head leaked and the shower tray flooded twice.

i was greeted by a really friendly host and shown to the room the host explained everything about the keys for which lock. i learned what to do on check out the room was really nice and i appreciated the massive tv. i will use this place again.
i noticed the tv in the room was very small and i had to keep re tuning it

the staff was attentive and friendly i felt welcome upon arrival. the manager was helpful and kind throughout my stay i found the service excellent. they provided clear instructions regarding check out.

the hotel is close to the city center there is a bus route that takes 25 minutes. an uber ride to the city center takes about 8 minutes i learned. it is a short trip to coop live and the academys.

the food in the pub was lovely and well priced i thought. the bar offers a good selection of lunches and dinners. there are no breakfast options at the hotel however. mcdonald's is just around the corner if needed.

the room was clean and had a comfortable bed.
the tv in my room was quite small, and i had to retune it several times. the stairways looked worn, and the walls leading to the rooms needed repainting (it felt a bit neglected).
